Last Christmas Card for 2012
Here is a card using Pear & Partridge again along with D1520 Ornamental Cheer found on page 75 of the Idea Book. I used the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge for the ornament and a piece of retired Cranberry Grosgrain Ribbon on top. Easy Peasy! Happy New Year to all!

Here is another card we made in class. Notice the patterned paper. I made that using two stamps from the set called Merry & Bright. The colors are New England Ivy and Whisper. I also stamped the bow and wreath from that set. The bow is stamped in Cranberry and cut out. A piece of Shimmer Trim crosses the front.

Before It's Too Late
Here is one of the Christmas cards that we made at the card workshop. Don't you just love the Pear and Partridge paper? I know I have probably said it before. I cut the scalloped circle with the Cricut. I added a star from the Milepost Shapes Collection found on page 128 of the catalog. With a bit of Bakers Twine and a Cranberry Brad on top, it makes a fun and easy little card to make.

November Stamp of the Month Blog Hop
So glad to have you stop by for the November SOTM Blog Hop! Hope you have enjoyed the trip so far! If you are coming from Angela's blog you are on the right track. Or you can just start here and work your way around this big circle of artwork.
Capture the Date is a stamp set with endless possibilities. I took my inspiration for this card from Pinterest. Can you just imagine all of the birthday cards you can make with this example? And the scraps you can use up for this simple design? That is not taking into account the wonderful scrapbook pages and calendars you can make with this stamp set. Four sets of numbers and two different month fonts!
I used the Pear and Partridge Paper pack along with ribbon and the jewel from the Pear and Partridge Workshop on the Go. The "25" is popped up and stamped with Chocolate Ink. Cranberry ink is used for the "december".
Now hop on over to Kristine's blog and check out her wonderful work. Thanks for stopping by!

Love Blooms
This little round card has me stumped. I know it should have something else on it, but I can't figure out how to do it. It needs a sentiment, but I am not sure where to put it. A little bare....don't you think? If anyone has suggestions, I am all ears. I really love this stamp set, so pretty. It's a two step set. See how I used the shaded stamp on the leaves? Maybe this card will have to go back to the drawing board, or in this case the stamping desk. Have a great day today!

More Abundance
I thought this was an appropriate stamp set for me to purchase beings it had a corn stalk on it. I work with corn all day long. Not actually handling it, but telling the guys to go haul it. I have corn fields all around my house. Now I have a stamp set to celebrate that fact!
The card is made with Kraft Card stock and I used Antiqued Copper Brads with a little strip of Clementine across the top. The card pattern is from our book, Make It From Your Heart.

Flirty
Wow, somehow I let a whole week get away from me. Sometimes the days just get out of control. Do you have those days? Yesterday we traveled to Winterset to go to the Madison County Covered Bridge Festival. What a great day! It started out gloomy, but the sun came out and really was beautiful.
Just a little card I made the other day. So simple, just cut out an image from the Flirty Paper Pack.
Add it to my card as the main focus and I am done. These colors are so vibrant, but also work nicely as fall colors. The mat color is black and there are three little sparkles in front of "happiness". Hope your weekend was a great one!

One More Christmas Card
I just had to make one more card with the October Stamp of the Month before I got back to the business of fall and October. I have never been one to do Christmas cards early, but it makes so much sense to have them done. I'll be working on the Pear & Partridge Card Workshop soon. This is very unusual for me. I might have cards actually done before December.

Supplies:

Don't you just love our Quick Card Stamps? One stop stamping. Sentiment and image in one!
Here I used our 4 1/2 inch Circle Cards in Colonial White ( Z1352) So handy to have a pack of cards with the envelopes right with them. The technique used is Stamp Rolling. I rolled the stamp in Goldrush first, then back in Autumn Terracotta, and finally in New England Ivy. I decided to use this card for the H2H Challenge over at Heart2Heart.

The Avonlea Card Workshop
We will be making this workshop this week. The kit includes supplies to make 5 each of these designs. And it's so easy to put together. And when you are done with the workshop, there is still paper and embellishments to use for more. The gorgeous stamp set is one I will use over and over
I added 3 card bases and this is what I made with some of the leftovers. There is paper left to make more, but right now I'm off to play with the Christmas Card Kit. So much to do and so little time to do it!

September Stamp of the Month Blog Hop
Welcome to my little crafting space. If you have come from Amy's blog, you are on the right track. This month we are showcasing the September Stamp of the Month, Fall Favorites (S1209A). Don't you love that cute scarecrow! This is a set of 11 stamps and is $17.95. But you can get this stamp set for only $5 when you spend $50 on our wonderful products!
I made a card with this set. It is a standard sized card, with a little different look. The center is 4.25 x 5.5 inches, but the flaps are 3 inches and over lap the front.
Here is the front of the card. I used paper from the Moonlight Paper Pack. There is also a band that wraps around the card to keep it closed.
Here is the inside of the card. I used the lightest piece of paper on the inside of the flaps so you can put your message there.
Here's a little closer look at the center of the card. The scarecrow is colored with Watercolor Pencils and the word "fall" is popped up" with Pop Dots. I hope you have enjoyed looking at my card. To make this card, I used:

Cards from the Avonlea WOTG
With a few of the pieces I had left from the Avonlea WOTG, I made these cards. Just three simple little cards, fast and easy to put together. I just love adding the Opaques to them. I still have a bit of paper left to make more cards, or another layout. And I have that great stamp set to use over and over again. What a good value!

Avonlea and the Kids
I've been playing with the Avonlea Workshop on the Go in the last couple of days. Oh....I just love those colors and that paper! I made the two 2-page layouts featured on the How To Brochure. I love the simplicity and how I was able to use these pictures. Here is the main layout that has the instructions included. The Parlor Velvet Rub-Ons included in the WOTG are beautiful and add so much to a page. I have to do my journaling and I am finished.
I also made this layout with the left over papers. This pattern is from Imagine, Grand Finale. I am not sure I'm done with embellishments yet, but I will add my journaling down the right side of the page. What do you think? Need more? Or is it just fine the way it is?
Last of the Clementine Cards
Here are the last two cards we made at the Clementine Card Class. Isn't that turtle cute? He is from the Pun Fun Set (C1505) I used Watercolor Pencils on him.
This stamp set is Cup of Cheer (B1404) The sentiment reads: Your friendship is like coffee, it helps me get through the day. Isn't that the truth! I also used a bit of Liquid Glass on the steam from the pot. Hope you enjoy looking at these. I would love to have you in one of my classes.

More Class Cards with Clementine
Here are two more cards we made at class the other night. I used the Cricut to cut out the flower and "thanks" medallion, along with the Creme Brulee piece on the right card.
