A little something with the Dotty for You paper pack again. This time for the Close To My Heart Dotty for You Blog Hop. If you have come fromJody's Blog then you are headed the right way. Aren't these colors wonderful? I used the Smoothie Dots on one side of the paper and there even is a piece in the pack that has those beautiful roses from the Card Word Puzzle stamp set that I love so much, already stamped on to look like I did it myself! I stamped the individual rose in Smoothie ink and used a Pop Dot underneath and the small leaves behind the rose are stamped in Sweet Leaf. The sentiment is from the set 4 My Friend(D0151) and stamped in Lagoon. Ribbon used: Lagoon and Color Ready Seam Binding. There are a couple of other examples of Dotty for You on my blog, so check them out too if you wish.
Click on the Dotty for You picture on the left side of my blog to see the details on how you can get this paperpack!
When you are done here, hop on over to Vicki's Blog to find more great projects, layouts and cards using Dotty for you!
Do you recognize this paper pack? This is the Pemberley paper pack and the stickese for this set are the greatest. You can put embellishments to the front of the page or move them to the back. Change their color or size. It is so easy, because all of the colors available for each paper pack coordinate. The light blue paper has been changed to pink here.
There are tons of fonts for the journaling and titles. And there are many sizes to choose from too. These pictures were already on my computer, so all I did was download them to Studio J and then played around with the layout. Do you see how the flowers on the lower layout are behind the pictures? Hope you can get some ideas and use Studio J for some of your pictures!
I finally got to play around with Studio J the other day and didn't do too badly at getting a few layouts completed. This kit is Superhero and the pattern is Front and Center-In the Middle/Sidebar-Main Frame. Colors in that kit are Cranberry, Moonstruck, Outdoor Denim, Sky and White Daisy See the argyle design on the bottom of the layout? I actually made that myself. With a little help of course. It is so easy to take your pictures right from your camera or computer. Upload into Studio J and they are right there when you need to drop them into the right places. So easy. There are embellishments, ribbons, stickese and more for each paper pack offered. And so many layout patterns to choose from. Check it out for yourself!
Did you know when you purchase the Dotty for You paper pack, you will get a recipe for this great layout on the back of the pack? This is my interpretation of the first layout on the back. There are examples of four layouts, two cards and a box. I love the circles on this layout, don't you?
