Distressed

That's the challenge over at Heart2Heart.  Use distressing in a project.  So I made this 5x7 card with the May Stamp of the Month.  My favorite ways to distress are sponging the edges of paper with Desert Sand Ink.  I think that color gives it a soft look.  I also like to sand and scissors distress.  Sanding so the white core shows on the edges of the card stock is a great way to distress paper.  Also, run the blades of your scissors along the edges to make a rough edge.  Check out their website for more distressed looks!

Desert Sand and Creme Brulee Ink
Florentine Paper Pack
Friendship Bouquet (S1205) and The Best Things (C1503)
